About This Dog

Barley's ideal home

Barley is a very sweet 8 year old, Spaniel cross Terrier who likes to potter around a field, having a good sniff. He loves a long walk where he can use his nose and have a fun day out! Barley is an independent boy but also likes the occasional fuss! Barley enjoys training in short bursts and is particularly keen on shmakos as a reward. He is a real foodie which makes training a lot easier, he absolutely loves to learn new things and use his brain! Barley is very playful with toys and especially loves to have a game of tug! He also loves soft toys and has a big teddy bear in his kennel!! If Barleys not playing with toys or learning new tricks he also enjoys having a splash around in the paddling pool on a hot day! He is looking for a home that can continue his training and give him the loving home he deserves!

Could you be Barley's perfect match?

Barley is looking for an adult only, pet free home! Out on a walk, Barley does like to say hello to other dogs and can get vocal if he can’t say hello, we are working on this within the centre using positive reinforcement. Barley is a really lovely dog who can't wait to find his forever home and go on lots of fun adventures!
