Millie's ideal home

Millie and Harvey are a fabulous energetic duo, they are looking to be adopted together, as they have always lived together.
They come from a home where he has been loved and well socialised, They can both bark at other dogs when they are out on walks, however are friendly. They have lived with cats. They can be very bouncy, they love to walk and play. They would like an active home, cockerpoo’s are a mixture of very active breeds, so they will need a home that will match their energy levels.

Could you be Millie's perfect match?

Both Millie and Harvey are currently living in their own home until adoption, they are housetrained and once settled into new home any time alone will need building up!
They both travel well in the car. They know basic commands such as sit, paw.
Millie reasonably confident, Harvey just follows along, we expect that new adopters will take them home on the day they meet them at the centre near Penrith. Millie and Harvey will need access to their own secure garden so they can zoom around and play with toys! They are an active breed, looking for an active family, who’ll give lots of walking and enrichment time.

Cocker Spaniel Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Cocker Spaniel.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
