Description

Dylan's ideal home

Dylan is looking to be rehomed with his friend Twinkle. where they can be the only pets and where any children are over the age of 12. He is house trained and once settled could be left for around 3 - 4 hours. Dylan and Twinkle will require regular grooming so this cost should be considered when applying. Dyl has had some issues with sore ears and may need further treatment for this, so this is also a cost that should be considered.

Could you be Dylan's perfect match?

Dylan is a sweet older gent, who has found himself in our care alongside his long time pal Twinkle through no fault of their own. He is a generally laid back lad who loves any kind of fuss and attention. He enjoys slow potters and sniffing around, quite unphased by anything that is going on around him. However bring out the toys and his playful pup side soon shines through while he flings them around with joy! Both Dylan and Twinkle are happy to travel in the car so would be happy to join their new family out on adventures. We believe this lovely little duo would make lovely companions to a family with a calm and quiet home.

Cocker Spaniel Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Cocker Spaniel.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
