Max's ideal home

Max is a 5 year old cocker spaniel looking to find a home with his big sister Maya. This inseparable pair are looking for a home where they are the only pets, so that you have lots of time to shower them with love! Max loves to snuggle on the couch being close to his favourite people, and will sit at your feet if you are occupied! He is very much a people dog who likes fuss, and will always confidently approach new people with a big waggy tail. These two really are best friends who love to play - Max will follow in the footsteps of Maya and join in with a game of fetch when out playing in the garden. Max does not appreciate when other dogs are over the top with him and so would like a home who understand this and who can carefully introduce him to some calm doggy friends on lead walks once he settles into his new home. He is looking for a a family with children aged 12 and over, with a private garden. Max is a confident boy who is used to being groomed regularly, he can be a bit nervous with the vet but just needs some reassurance.

Currently Max is not used to being left alone for long periods of time and so potential adopters would need to work on this with him being around for most of the day initially.
